Helping a flight student
« on: August 29, 2014, 11:04:58 AM »
.I am an AIAA member and a doctoral student at Capella University. I am currently seeking individuals to participate in my research study titled: “An Exploratory Qualitative Inquiry of How Leadership Attributes Impact
Employee Loyalty in The Aerospace Industry.”

The research study is designed for people who are either employed or have been employed with a U.S. Aerospace Organization for a minimum of one year, and involves a 45-60 minute one-on-one telephone interview in which participants are asked to share their perceptions and perspectives of leadership in the aerospace industry. Are you willing to participate? If so, please email me at: marrielh@yahoo.com.

One last thing, the interview is completely confidential, and details about the study will be shared at the end of the research. I am also available if you have additional questions about the research study. I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Marriel Harrison
Capella University Student
AIAA Associate Member
