Stunt Team Trials
« on: July 02, 2013, 12:28:21 AM »
Do we officially have a place and time for the US F2B team trials?  I'd like to know because my wife wants to go, but has some business scheduling conflicts to work out.

Howard I have it marked on my calendar as the weekend prior to Labor Day weekend at Muncie.  Can't remember now where I got the info.  Must be right because I had already put in for the time off. That's like Aug. 30, 31, Sept. 1.

Dave, isn't that exactly Labor Day weekend? As opposed to "the weekend prior to Labor Day weekend". And anybody know how that will work with the usual conflict on Labor Day weekend with the monster RC warbird fun-fly?

Who is the organizer?

Bill you are absolutely correct,  didn't have a calendar in front of me.  Seemed early for Labor Day. I still think the dates are right but would like to confirm that ASAP so changes can be made.  I think Randy is still the man here.  Maybe he'll come on board the bus with us soon.

Just talked to Colleen at HQ.  Dates are indeed Aug.30-Sept. 1 with Sept. 2 as the rain day.  Meeting on Friday.  LPad open all week for practice.  Warbirds on site 3 more on Sunday-Monday.  (Lpad is site 1).

Howard should take the wife of the guy that builds his airplanes for him. I've met her on several occasions.  LL~ Steve
