Title: mounting of a tuned pipe set up
Post by: Bill Richards on April 04, 2011, 07:06:05 PM
Gang I am looking for some help, first time using a pipe set up, what would be the preferred method to make a mount in the rear of the fuse to properly mount the pipe. Ship is a SV 11. Thanks in advanced.

Hi Bil,l  I use a Dave Brown pipe mount about 3/4'' past the trailing edge of wing. And use 3/4'' sq. hard balsa 3/16'' thick with a 4/40 blind nut for the mount then use spacers to keep the pipe off the  tunnel the pipe should not touch anything same for the header  I hope this helps out
