Hi guys,
Some advice needed. I'm about to start work on an RSM stuka and my motor choices are:
OS25LA
Fox 35 (3 bolt 70s era)
Enya 30 SS-PL (modern Schnurle)
I know the plans show an OS25 LA, but....
I've got stub silencers for the fox and Enya (the same size fits both strangely enough), and not having the figures in front of me I think the Fox is still the lightest, with the Enya being heaviest, but not a whole lot of difference between the 3 when the standard silencer for the LA 25 is included.
Do I go for power, weight or character?
Who is using what motors in this model?
I know of one relatively local with an older OS30 (I believe) providing the urge, but that's - not much help as I don't have one of them lying around.
Thanks in advance

I am just starting an RSM Stuka and am going to use a Brodak .25. I had an old RSM Stuka that was powered by an LA .25 which I left with my flying buddy back in San Jose. The .25 had plenty of power for it as it builds very light.

Of the three engines you have, I would use either the Fox 35 or the LA 25 (and get a tongue muffler for it). The Enya would work fine, power wise, but it is a good bit heavier IIRC. Meaning you would probably have to add more weight to the rearend to balance it.
