========== “CAROLINA CLASIC” ==========
Contest site open all week for Control Line on the Control Line circles. Friday through Sunday the R/C flying areas will be closed and available for C/L flying.
Large shelter, with tables, for contestants and spectators and vendors.
Two paved circles, One grass circle and a practice area off the RC runway

All PAMPA and AMA Rules Apply,
- NO Builder of the Model Rule.
- NO Appearance points in any event (Stunt)(Scale)

Field open for practice (Field closed to all RC flying)
4:00 – 6:00 PAMPA Judges Seminar

=============== May 1st SATURDAY EVENTS ===============
STUNT: 10:00am Start – William Davis & Watt Moore Event Directors
– Profile, - OTS, - Nostalgia 30 (Cutoff date through Dec. 1980), & - Basic Flight - 12:00 noon Start

CARRIER: 9:30am start - Class I & II, - Profile Carrier, & - 15 Carrier

COMBAT: 9:30am - Double or triple elimination depending on number of entries
- Speed Limit (75mph), .018” Dia. x 60’ lines. Any Engine Plane or Fuel System
- Mid-Air does NOT end match.

AMERICAN JUNIOR EVENT - 4:00pm Start - James Duckworth Event Director
- AJ 404 Glider Flyoff for Frank Macy Perpetual Trophy. (FREE Event)

PAMPA – 9:00am Start - William Davis & Watt Moore Event Directors
– Beginner, - Intermediate, - Advanced, & - Expert

================= DIRECTIONS to the FIELD: =================
At Interstate 77 exit #23. Go east towards Huntersville. Cross over US-21 still going east for about 1 mile until you get to rt. 115. Turn right on 115 and go about 1 mile. Look for contest sign on left side of the road. This will be Holbrooks Road. Turn left onto Holbrooks road and go about 1.3 miles. Turn left at the guardhouse
