Title: More news on Bob Whitely

I just received news directly from Janet Whitley. The balloon that was removed this afternoon was in the aorta. His heart is functioning quite well now on its own and his color is coming back to normal. He has even started giving his nurses a hard time and those of you who know Bob understand that is a very good sign. He is resting comfortably tonight. I will let you all know more as I hear more. Janet said she would keep me posted and has asked me to keep you all informed and thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. Please keep them coming, he needs all he can get and deserves even more. He is a great guy and an even greater modeler. I know you will keep him in your prayers for a speedy recovery.

Thanks for the report.  I know he will get better as you can't keep a great man down.  It is always great visiting him when I go to Tucson.  DOC Holliday

Praying for a speedy recovery for Bob, and strength for Janet. These can be stressfull times for the spouse also. It is so great that Bob and Janet live in one of the best stunt communitys in the country. Lots of support.

I'm glad Bob's doing well!  I had an angeo in '95 and am still kicking thankfully.  The C/L world would be lost without Bob's Alfa dog opinions!

Reading the post before this one from "Big Art" is really comical to me,  Big Art is not and never has been a New Pilot.
Come on Sparky just give Big Art about 10,000 post and Admiral Status because that is what he REALLY, REALLY IS!
He is in the Hall of Fame, isn't he?
