Hi Derek,
VERY nice job you have there. And I see that you can build FAST!
At this pace, you'll have it ready for finish in a month...or less!

Love the take apart system. How much does it weigh? Is it a magnesium/aluminum alloy? Cost of that unit?

Keep those pictures coming!

Regards,
Claudio H^^

Thank you Claudio,

It cost about $100, It is aluminum, and I am not sure how much it weighs I will weigh the other one before I put it in the other wing and get back to you.

I really like your plane could you post a pic of the tail without the stab in? I would like to see how you did your platform for the stab. Your plane looks very clean!

When Claudio comments on construction everyone needs to pay attention.

Thanks Pat,

How are you doing? Getting back into the building mode again? I am sure the weather up there is pretty nasty.

Hey Derek,

Is the second plane going to be another Evolution, or something different?

Mike,

I think that I am going to make both of them Dreadnoughts. I may make the second one a Tempest I am not sure yet. I also have some Tom Morris hardware I may use for a third plane. Not really sure yet.

Looks Great Derek, what motor you using???  And that is a neat way to mount your evolution on the wall.  For my personal tastes, I like the Tempest better than the Dreadnaught, looks more aggresive, but then again I don't exactly have a personal attachment to an airplane that was a huge success.

Hey Matt,

Probably use  PA 65 in both planes. I have a 75 just in case. My new Dreadnoughts will look a little different than the rest....a little more aggressive. New cowl and such.
