It started out a little chilly this morning, but warmed up by 10ish. We had a good little turn out. We only had one little mishap when a engine quit in a head win.
Lot's of fuel was burned and lots of patterns were flown. Louis brought out his Grin Reaper and we all had some fun.
We even had a few spectators.
A few pics from the day.

Looks like you guys had a great time. Who did the Fokker belong to.
Wish I could have been there.

Hey, I'm curious:
What is this good looking aircraft?
(... and the handsome guys with it?)

That is Jim Lynch and his Nats Classic winning Super Ares and Ryan Taylor. I can tell you first hand that this plane flys great.

I thought he was talking about the Purple and orange profile in the background! LL~
Just kidding.... yea Zuriel got to fly that "Dawg" awhile back. It does look good in the air and Jim is "Da Man" around here.
He offered to let me fly it last weekend, but I learned my lesson. I don't fly other peoples planes.
And Ryan needs to shave.

Hey, the chin brush makes him look older. At least he doesn't have shoulder length hair like my son, in which if you google "Villians Dance" you will see him. The so called lead singer. At least he still remembers how to fly race planes. H^^
