Mike Griffin
« on: September 21, 2012, 09:45:22 PM »
Hi All,
I spoke briefly with Mike Griffin on the telephone this afternoon.  His knee replacement surgery is complete and he came home from the hospital this afternoon.
There was a little concern over some bleeding from the incision but his Doctor let him go home anyway, with a promise  to rest and return for an examination on Monday.
He seemed in very good spirits, but then when is Mike not in good spirits.  I sure he's probably in some pain and the Boss... uhhh Wife has forbidden him from using the computer for a few more days.
He wanted to let everyone here know that it went well and He'll be back on line as soon as possible.

Best wishes Mike for a quick recovery!

I'm pretty sure since the experience is in my recent memory, that Mike is in considerable...ahh..."discomfort" I believe the euphemism is.  Give him a week or so to get past the worst, probably fairly addlebrained right now anyway from pain medication.  Best wishes, I got thru it so anyone can.

I'm glad that Mike is at home and just having rehab before him now.  Rehab can get tough at times, but it's worth it.
