We haven't done too well getting this out but this weekend, Aug 15 & 16 is the Signal Seeker's Stunt meet. It is listed in Upcoming Events but I wanted to put it here for a couple days.
Saturday's flying will be followed by the annual Weenie Roast at my place where we'll swap lies, eat dogs n stuff then fly just because we have room to.

You can also expect one former Detroiter coming up from Hoosier-land..

Two more from Cedar Springs, and I not on call this year.

Bob, Curt and Randy,
Excellent time had again this year. Great job by all. Only downside was when I could not get the eSlob initiated for flying during the weenie roast. Looking forward to the event for next year.

Thanks to all who attended both the contest and the Weenie Roast, great fellowship and fun. I didn't have a great flying experience this time but good friends and a sense of humor kept me going!!! I can't remember how long I've been doing the Weenie Roast now but it's become an establishment that I truly enjoy. My new bride Robin is fully supportive and helped me out a lot. So whether I fly next year or not the Weenie Roast is on!!! Enjoy the rest of the season guys and have a great time at FCM!!!!!
Forgot to mention that Big Art made a showing, he's struggling with some health issues but came out for a while. Dennis and David built electric Big Wings designed by Art and his brother Paul in 1950 and both were there and got to see them fly. Both were electric and both were impressive. It was great to see Art and have a chance to talk to him again, Godspeed Art as you recover!!!

Here's Big Art & his brother Paul posing the replica Big Wings.
I'll second John's accolades to the Signal Seekers crew for another great meet. Special shout out to Randy for hosting the weenie roast. While we could not fly John's E-Slob, we used up all the batteries I had for the Baby Ringmaster and F-82...
