On the eve of the day we celebrate the birth of our Savior, I want to wish for each and every person here a wonderful Christmas! I hope you all have a chance to spend time with those you care about, and have a great day. And if you cannot be with someone you love, please remember that you are never truly alone, as you have a Savior watching over you who loves you more than you will ever understand, or if you are like me, more that I deserve.

Good food & friends are great but the best thing about Christmas is knowing that Christ loves even me! Happy Birthday Jesus.

Its almost here, MERRY CHRISTMAS. Someone asked me if I ever felt alone on the long trips I used to make going to contests, work assignments and travel. I replied, "I'm never alone as I have Christ with me all the time".

I think one of the blessings that God gave us is Christmas. It is the only day left where everything stops and we can simply relax (unless Christmas dinner is at your house this year). Thank you Jesus.

Merry Christmas to everyone from Down Under. H^^ Blessings to all.
In contrast to most of you Northern Hemispherers, our celebrations are out on the lawn with a cool drink and salads. Long days lazing around in the shade as the temperature hovers around the 30º C.
Enjoy your snow ;D

G'Day Mate! All the Best of the Season to you and yours on the other side of the globe. I'll bet you have fireworks also??!! I love fireworks! They go with any holiday and celebration. Up here it's traditional to bang pots and pans at midnight for New Years, but I like to shoot off a few sky rockets and some fire crackers. Shake some loose change in your hands also. That's an old country tradition my dear Mother taught. Do that at midnight so you will know you will have money for the rest of the year!!

Yep. New Years always has plenty of fireworks, although in light of the fact that over 800 homes have been lost to wild fires here in the past two months, many people are calling for fireworks to be called off this year and the money put into disaster relief.
If it all goes ahead, my wife and I might just venture down the coast and spend New Years Eve sitting on the beach at sunset and then watching the fireworks as has been our practice for the past few years. We only hang around for the "Family" show at 9.30pm. Hope to be in bed by midnight and well away from the revellers.
