Title: Meet & Meat Stunt Extravaganza and Bar-B-Que
Post by: Larry Fernandez on August 17, 2012, 10:21:43 PM
I just recieved my flyer for the upcomming "Meet & Meat Stunt Extravaganza and Bar-B-Que"
I must say that I am quite intimidated by the picture of Brett on the front of the flyer. I know that Brett takes the Fox .15 Hurl seriously, but I think that reverting to steroids might be going too far. I had considered comming out of retirement just to give Brett a run for his money, but after seeing this picture, I can see that Brett is going all out to keep his title. It is quite apparent that Brett has been hittin the gym and Hurling Retro .60 motors in preparing for the upcomming event. At this time,we have no means of drug testing, as it has always been an event based on the honor system.
I can see Dave doing something like this but not Brett.

Say it aint so Brett!

Melky got 50 games for that.

I would bet that turns into infinity games as far as the Giants are concerned.

Its too soon to tell, but this might have an impact on his Hall of Fame chances. Much like Bonds, Sosa, Clemens and Palmero.

Is Proxy hurling being allowed again this year?

Just asking...

We could handicap Brett by giving him my Saito 72 to hurl. That should put the stops to his dominance. y1

Looking at that photo, I think you might need to keep the test stand attached.

I think your right. Looks like I am going to have to put in a telephone call to Desert Aircraft.

Its too soon to tell, but this might have an impact on his Hall of Fame chances.

That and the career .284 average and .752 OPS w <1000 hits.  Bonds was a HOF player before steroids, Melky would have to come back and repeat this year for the next 10 seasons before he is even in the discussion, drugs excluded.  And he's not likely to be around for next year, much less and extended run.

Compare Melky stats to the unfortunate Freddy Sanchez, and you know Freddy's not going to Cooperstown - same deal, one great season, a few good ones, but no way. Melky may still win the batting title with a .345 average, Freddy won with .344 but otherwise was a slightly above average player. It's pretty clear that Freddy wasn't taking anything to help his healing factors...

Come guys the DA Quad is a bit overkill for Super Buck.  On the other hand I have an old ST3000 and I think it would be just right.  Its yours for the asking.

Is Proxy hurling being allowed again this year?

Now, don't start up with that nonsense again!  After one Mr. Fitzgerald's disgraceful antics in 2010, *PROXY HURLS ARE NOT ALLOWED!" Period.:

Rule 12, Paragraph U, no loopholes, no screwing around.

Your statements to the contrary are in direct violation of Rule 69 para. J and K. Please surrender your Hans Gudegast Fan Club membership card and I had better not catch you wearing an Australian Bush Hat. You were warned before!
