Title: meet and meat postponed
Post by: Ted Fancher on September 21, 2013, 10:21:11 AM
Saturdays meet and meat events in Woodland have been postponed till Sunday due to high winds and predicted rain.  Classic and OTS will be flown on Sunday using the third circle per ED Uncle Jimby.

That's a relief.  I saw the headline and worried that you'd run out of Fox .15s.

Nope. Through out the course of the year I have bought up seven Fox .15's
Here's the funny part, when listed on E-Bay, they are all described  as new or never run. It  turns out that the poor owners could never get the damned things to run, so they are listed as new or never run.

I don't see us running out of Fox .15's to "Hurl" for the next decade, so please don't loose any sleep over this Howard.

Larry is being modest. He of course is the Supreme Commissioner of The Hurl. And I know that this is a bit premature so I probably shouldn't talk about it, but I am so proud I have to tell you -  Larry has been also nominated as the new head of the Fort Smith, Arkansas, Chamber of Commerce.  This is of course due to the many business opportunities created for Fort Smith manufacturing products by the creation of and world-wide fame known as The Hurl.

   Kudos, sir, kudos!
