PAMPA Discussions in a new section

Some people can not refrain for talking about rules and things that I have no control over. So if you look at the top of the first page you will find a PAMPA discussion forum. Talk about rules all you want there. Just keep it to a civil tone. We can run this on a trail basis. That way the ones who are interested in such discussions have a place to do so and no interfere with the ones who don't want to read theses things. Good luck and play nice.
