McCoy Instructions
« on: September 11, 2008, 06:20:53 PM »
I am looking for a copy of the instructions and parts callout that came with the McCoy 35 C/L version.  Anyone willing to share?

I was concerned about it being clear enough to read.

Which brings to mind...on the exploded view, item 25 - Crank throw spacer. My two .35's have it but some guys have reported having engines NIB that was missing it. Is there a point when they stopped including it?

It was to keep the crank pin from rubbing the back plate.  Mine didn't have it either and it was the $10.00 dollar version.  DOC Holliday

There were two types of "Spacers" the early ones were Brass and the later ones were Nylon. I have replaced many of these, both Bress and Nylon for people. The early Brass ones were nothing more than a 1/8 Flathead rivit. The Nylon ones outlasted them 10:1.
