Title: McCoy 35 RedHead Lightning bolt engine
Post by: john e. holliday on April 29, 2023, 08:04:58 PM
Got this engine off the bay for the starting bid.  Had heck of a time getting the only three head bolts out.  The short ones.  It is freed up and feels good.  Just need a back plate for it.  Be reasonable now. D>K

John I have several in the parts bucket if it's the same as the older Red Heads- I think it is.  The finish might look a little different.

John, FYI, the Control Line Store on eBay (Bob Brooks) also sells an Allen head type complete bolt and gasket set for the McCoy 35.

If you purchase from him directly (not thru eBay) he offers a 10% discount. email him at shtterman@aol.com

Hey Dave I'll take one as the finish on the case I have is really discolored.  Let know what you want for it.  Thanks. H^^

Oh I don’t want anything for it.  I’ll get with you this week-  maybe bring you over to check out the new shop.
