I have been trying to find a way to make money flying toys since I was 5 years old... I have finally done it. Yes I hate the way drones have been abused but I'm glad that my business and I can benefit from this amazing technology. And yes I do have a FAA commercial drone license.
Here's a film I did with the drone a few months back. https://vimeo.com/187884336
Now if I could only make money flying CL...
Happy building everyone.

Yes the multi rotors have their place when properly used. How are you doing on the kits?

Its a lot of work to make kits. I made a little bit of money but I really needed to produce about 6 times the amount I was to start making a profit. With young kid and pregnant wife I had to put a pause on it.

I wondered over to Sebring for the Professional Drone Race held there about six weeks ago....they are VERY fast and the racing is intense...
The picture attached (I couldn't open the link) you are apparently watching the drone and flying it, NOT using FPV?
Have fun!

I don't think anyone has a problem with *responsible* drone/quadcopter use. It's the legions of buy-and-fly dimwits crashing them in to anything and everything that is the problem .

Yep! I know the oil company I use to work for uses them to inspect towers in the refinery. They use to hire helicopters to do that work, but with the drones it makes short work and much cheaper. They do have there place.
