John Brodak for the original 43 inch. Walter Umland might be able to help you on the 48 inch version.

Outerzone has the plan for the 48" magician that was the Midwest kit. Just down load it and put in on a memory stick. Then take the memory stick to a copier to get the plan. Nice plane. I have built 4 of them and they all flew about alike.
