I got a new (well new to me) and for some reason pictures are not showing on this website.
Don’t have issues with other websites or searching for images on the web.
Any Mac users here with a suggestion?
Thanks

Paul I use MacBook Pro. You may need to be sure you are signed into the website. You'll read all you want when not signed in but no pics until you do. If that's not it it's time to visit the geek squad.....also check the settings to be sure you don't have any filters turned on that prevent photos from appearing. (allow cookies).

I assume this is just in Safari, and not in any other browser (.e.g. Chrome)? And it is just on Stunthangar?
You can never go too wrong with resetting the history, clearing the cache, and restarting.

Dave maybe onto something. I am not signed on the MacBook. I forgot my password. I am logged in on my phone and it remembers my password. 🤣 I never have good luck resetting passwords. 🤪
It does not work with duck either.
Oh swell.
Thanks guys

It should remember your password on Stunthangar, once you enter it.
I checked, and Dave I think nailed it, no images if you are logged out.

p.s. I think your original problem is diagnosed, but as a general comment, if this is a used/hand-me-down machine, I very strongly suggest running Software Update, and going to the App Store and doing any updates you need to pre-installed apps. This is not like windoze, updates are generally beneficial and are not prone to wrecking your system. OS updates, Safari updates, etc, tend to be pretty big and take a long time, so if you see those, plan accordingly.

That's how my Mac works on this forum. If you are not logged in, photos don't appear. Also, along with pictures, the Old Time Stunt Discussion vanishes if you're not logged in.(???) Maybe Bob Z. will disclose what secrets are hidden there that are kept from outsiders.

I don't think it is a Bob Zambelli thing - lots of forums do not show up if you are not a member or not logged in. So, sign up or log in!

Go to passwords in your phone. If it's an IPhone stored password for Stunthanger will be there. Sign into Stunthanger using the password and your Stunthanger ID. You need both ID and password. If you've an IPhone you can store all the info on the Cloud (do you do that?), if that is the case your IPhone can download all info onto your new mac laptop. If process is not clear call Applecare. They can talk you through. I've used that service many times, never paid for it. Sounds like an ID and password issue. No matter the browser you use on your new laptop, no matter the operating system, Stunthanger won't recognize you without your ID and password. Browsers will store your password and ID, once you've successfully signed in. You then need to use that browser as your sign in browser. Switching browsers means a manual sign in when using the browser for the first time to sign in.

Thanks you Dennis. That worked.
So far I am liking the MacBook.

I've found MAC to be a stable platform. I've used it since the nine inch black and white screen, 1980s. We are in the midst of an ongoing digital revolution. Astonishing changes hard to assess in the midst of living it. MAC navigates the glitches big and small in a centralized hub in ways that minimize the chaos. AppleCare is available 24/7. The technicians I've accessed always skilled, informed, able to communicate the difficult and unclear.
