Title: LOU COSTELLO of ABBOTT & COSTELLO FLIES UKIE- CLOCKWISE circa 1953
Post by: Frank Imbriaco on February 10, 2019, 07:36:19 AM
Pretty funny. Ignore the first 20 sec or so about Harry. The movie is "Abbott and Costello  Go
To Mars".In the opening scene, see Costello fly without watching his control line ship.

Costello was obviously a combat flyer;  never once looked at his plane, but flew it by feel.  (That also works for any profile plane;  they are so ugly, the pilot doesn't want to look at it).
