I'm not sure if this has been posted before but it's an incredible collection of photos from the 2007 Fly-In.

These photos were taken by our own Tulsa Glue Dobbers Control Line Club member Elwyn Aud.
This was his first trip to the Brodak Fly-In.
Seven days of dawn until after dark running around trying to take pictures of everything.
I'm sure he won't miss another one.

Great photos as usual from Elwyn. Looks like Bob Z is having too much fun. A lot of familiar faces. Told wife i may skip NATS and go to Brodaks. Have fun, DOC Holliday

Regardless of personal opinions, I think everyone would totally enjoy the Fly-In. Too many people to remember, honestly, too many flights to remember, really(!), and to much fun to stand it. I won't even go into the free BBQ...... or the ultra inexpensive concessions on site! (geez.... you think I like FOOD?? ?? ;D )
Everyday from daylight to past dark, there is the sound and sight of control line airplanes! It is the NATS (maybe even more flights!) with out the pressure. To me, BOTH have their place in our *little niche* of the universe.

I had the pleasure of meeting Elwyn for the firsat time and I was most impressed.
He kindly sent me a large assortment of photos from 2007. As many of you know, we set up a continuous running slide show with approximately 260 photos from all the past Fly-Ins. It was a huge success. In 2008, I plan to repeat it but with approximately 750 photos. Many will be those sent by Elwyn. Quite a few others contributed photos - I will use as many as I can.
Hopefully he will show up in 2008 and see some of his handiwork on the "BIG SCREEN"!.

Thanks for the kind words. I hope to make it back in 2008. I owe lot of thanks to Bob Reeves for the laptop computer so I could do some editing back at the motel and to Mike Donovan who had a portable disc burner which enabled me to keep clearing the memory cards and adding new images.

Elwyn also send me a CD FULL of pictures. It was a very kind gesture and the pictures were very well taken. Thanks again Elwyn. :)

It's great to see pictures with captions. Certainly makes the viewer understand a lot better, what they are looking at. Thanks for the great pics!

Two things:
First, THANKS ELWYN!!!!!!!!! Nobody does it better. ;D
Second, I cannot remember the gentleman's name that has the mulit wing stunt planes. ?? ?? ?? ??

Glad you enjoyed the photos. James Sumner is the Sopwith Nighthawk builder/flyer.

Thank you, Elwyn! I remember a Sopwith triplane he also had a couple years ago, IIRC.
