Looking for tom Neibour

A friend asked me to check for Tom Neibour? used to kit a few designs. Lives in Texas and he is worried that he may be caught up in the flood in Texas. The phone seems to be out of order. I'm sure that my spelling is wrong but he did design the HOBO and a few others.
Any info post here and I'll relay the news. Thanks.

Tom Niebuhr is a fellow club member. He lives north of Dallas, about 300 miles north of Houston. We are not affected by the hurricane this far north. Tom is also a member here. You should be able to send him an email or a PM.

Thanks for the concern, but as Bill Bischoff has already said, the concern is for the people south. Houston and points east and west of them.
