Title: Looking for prices.
Post by: Glenn (Gravitywell) Reach on March 12, 2009, 12:31:45 AM
Hi everyone.  I want to sell these two handles but I have absolutely no idea what they are worth, or if they are even worth anything!
1.  The yellow one is a J. Roberts Flight Control Handle in the original box.  It is used and there is a small crack on the bottom corner.  I was thinking of adding the three line bellcrank with it.  It is stamped with an LRP but no other adentifiers.

2.  The red one is a GS-Products Corp. Int'l Three line handle.  It is used but in very good condition.

Any help with prices would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks H^^

You can get an idea of what a new one would cost by looking it up on Brodak's web site.. http://www.brodak.com/

Be ready to clean your drawer after you see the Brodak Three line handles.  The LRP handle is/was manufactured by Leon  Ryktarksic(I spelled it best as I can remember).  He took over from J Roberts the handles and bellcranks.  At the time they were around $25.00 for the handles I bought.

I beleive I paid something like 9.95 for my first J Roberts handle.  Just watched one go for $41.00 on the bay.

The Brodak handles have a different geometry set up which makes the handles not compatable with the J Roberts or LRP bellcranks.   Depending on the bidding mood on the bay you may get as little as $15.00 or as much as $50.00.

Good luck,  DOC Holliday

Thanks John.  And if you will notice, the J. Roberts box has a $10 price tag on it from the hobby shop.  It must be one of the old, original ones.  Thats cool!  Thanks! H^^
