KOI On the News

Steve Fitton posted this link in the other KOI thread but I think it needs its own thread.

Roy Trantham and John Simpson do a good job of explaining the event and stunt in general to the audience.

I am impressed. Roy Trantham and John Simpson are great diplomats of control line stunt.
AMA should get a copy the video and use it to help promote control line model aviation.

Good spokes-peopling.  News crews will cut what gets said down for size, and they can really mangle it unless every last bit of it is clear and to the point.  If what came through was that good, it means that the sum total of everything that he said was even better.

The problem with electric is that once you get the smoke generator and sound system installed, the plane is too heavy.

I wondered who the guy was standing on my right as I judged expert. I walked in front of him several times. He was not more than a foot off my right shoulder several times. I bet he got some good shots of my back. ~^
