Good afternoon all !
I was wondering if there is some sort of a directory somewhere that someone can help me find? I’m currently in the process of moving and was wondering how I could you find out about local flying areas near my new address. I will soon be residing in up state New York. In the New Windsor,Orange County area.

Steve,
Where you will be moving to is really considered down state NY. You are close to a number of clubs that fly control line where I'm sure you will find a field. If you find yourself in the Syracuse Rochester upstate area look me up there are number of flyers up here and several flying fields.

Check on the AMA web site for just such a list. Might as well get a little service out of the web site for your dues money. Any AMA sanctioned club should be listed. PAMPA may have a listing of members on the web site sorted by state and you can check that.
Type at you later,

Steve, Try contacting Eric Williams the District 2 AMA representative for New York and New Jersey. He travels to most of the club meets and can surely give you some locations.
