I am looking for the article written by Ted Fancher about flapless designs. Which magazine was it published in? What was the year/month of publication?
Is there a PDF of it somewhere(PAMPA website?)?

Sharing medical records is illegal.

It was published in Stunt News, and plans are available from them. I imagine the construction article would be also. There was also a smaller version called the Medic, that is available also from the same source.

Yes, there is. You have full access to the site #^
A few years ago we made it available to anyone, and the link is here: http://www.control-line.org/Portals/PAMPA_Common_Files/Doctor_May_June_SN.pdf
Not a good quality scan, but the best that I could manage at the time given the old B&W format for SN.
I hope this helps.

Doctor jokes are big with Ted. I told him one a long while back:
Dr.: "NURSE! NURSE!"
Nurse: "You called me, Doctor?"
Dr.: "Vy vould I call you 'Doctor'?"
I liked the design of the latter, but couldn't quite commit to 'MEDICate'.

I did the CAD of the Doctor ribs for Walt Umland a while ago, but he is in the hospital right now and probably won't be back at his laser cutter for a couple of weeks. If you can wait until then, he can probably cut them for you.
