Title: looking for design ideas for a hot wire bow

I currently use a friends unit that I rebuilt for him some years ago - including boxing the mains transformer that was really dangerous
I am planning to build my own unit and would appreciate any design ideas to make is easy to use and efficient

What do you need cut I have a CNC hot wire cutter at home.
