Lodging for 2013 Brodak Fly-In

From Sandy:
There seems to be some confusion on the rooms for the fly-in. Some people are saying that they are calling the Holiday Inn in Uniontown (the place that we have rooms booked) and are being told that they have no rooms available. We still have all our rooms available but when someone calls they are just asking to book a room and the hotel is telling them that they are fill up because they are but not our rooms people HAVE TO ask for Vicky ext 311 and tell them they are with the BFI (Brodak Fly-In Group) to get a room. Can you please pass this information on. I’d appreciate it.

I grew up about 8 miles from Brodaks. If folks are having trouble finding rooms they may want to look in Wyanesburg PA, Washington PA, and Morgantown West Virginia. Morgantown and Washington are each about 30 Miles out but have many hotels.

I called the Holiday Inn in Uniontown. They have rooms for the Brodak Fly in. 2 queen beds are $99.00 plus tax.
phone - 724-437-2816
The Microtel in Waynesburg has rooms. 2 queen beds are 87.20 a night. To get this rate you must go to the KAYAK website and make your reservation there. If you make your reservation at the Waynesburg Microtel phone number, it will be higher. Waynesburg Microtel Phone number is: 724-627-0310

I talked with the manager. They have plenty of rooms. You MUST say it is for the Brodak Fly In.

I'll take my chances as I am trying to talk the wife into letting me go. She doesn't think the old Ford would make it there and back.
