Line tension Article(?)
« on: August 29, 2008, 06:30:03 AM »
Hi guys,

I recently came across a very interesting article on line tension on Claus Maikis' site (http://clacro.de/) The article was written by Bill Draper, a well known, respected and skilled flyer in the UK. In the course of discussing it with some fellow flyers a similar article by Ted Francher was mentioned.

I've searched through the fora, and came up with Brett Bucks excellent post on the functions of trim adjustments, but not anything by Ted.

Does anyone have an electronic copy of such an article by Ted?

Thanks

Go look in the archives of "Model Aviation" the AMA mag when Ted wrote for them.  DOC Holliday

Thanks doc.

I can't access those as I'm not an AMA member. I'm not a US resident/citizen.

Maybe someone here in cyber land can go pull the articles for you and send them.  Then you could try contacting AMA directly and explain your situation.  DOC Holliday
