Line length for a couple of odd ball planes.

      Hello All:

       I need recommendations for the following planes.

       Sterling P 40 profile 28” span powered by MVVS 1.5 cc Diesel

       Ringmaster Jr. powered by MVVS 2.0 Diesel.

My suggestion would be 52' lines of .012 diameter

In windy old Britain, I always used to fly 1.5cc quasi-Flite Streak models on 45' steel lines, and would have expected to use 48' - 50' for a 2cc model.  Using the appropriate Spectra, 50' and 52' respectively should be fine.
You want to make 'em nice, else you get mad lookin' at 'em!
