The hard way of course...lol HB~>  I've read it here a hundred times never ever use nylon flap horns, why? Here's why! Good thing I was on grass and didn't go straight in or it could have bean much worse.  ::)

I hadn't heard that advise, but you certainly make a good case for it.

The problem with electric is that once you get the smoke generator and sound system installed, the plane is too heavy.

I've just switched to the Tom Morris stuff, and it's great; I'll not be going back.

Available from Control Line Central, and perhaps other places. Not cheap, not expensive either, but sure are worth it.

For someone to not know about the Nylon Flap/Elevator horn down fall,  has not been on the forum long.   They are not meant for our current built up stunt planes.   I used the one that came with the Goldberg P-40 and literally wore the plane out.  I would never luse them on a built up stunt plane.   H^^
