Wing section data
« on: September 12, 2011, 04:02:21 PM »
Hi All,

Anyone know where I can get a selection of modern F2b sections as .dat files suitable for cutting foam cores on a computer controlled cutter. They must be out there somewhere if you know where to look? I am in Australia so buying cores from one of the great suppliers Stateside is prohibitively expensive I think. I have finally found someone locally who has the computer cutter but I need the plotting data for his machine - anyone help? Please note I have no commercial interest, this is just for my own use.

Mat

I have some available that you can send direct to the CNC guys but they are in DXF which the guys over here use for computer cutting foam

Hi Wynn,

Sounds good, the chap here can cope with all the usual formats I think, would you be prepared to send them to me, Maybe if you have a list I could have a look?

Thanks very much,
Mat
