The only way I ever buy Dubro hardware is if I am in a big hurry.  My LHS has a good supply and fills my emergency needs.  Otherwise Dubro is cost prohibitive.

Note that McMaster tends to high quality, high availability, and high price.  If you're paid by the hour, ordering from them will save money.  Otherwise -- while their stuff is top notch, there's other folks that have top-notch stuff for less.
