Registration problems with Breeze Pay (never fear)

Never fear I have found the problem and I have a engineer working on it. I have had 4 people who could not register because it said  "Sorry by your IP address we show that you have already registered
using a different user name and email address."

Well this is pearl scripting and I am fumbling my way through it. I should have it sorted out shortly . Thanks for barring with me.
