Oh, right - hardware.

The problem with electric is that once you get the smoke generator and sound system installed, the plane is too heavy.

Horn done.  It doesn't fit in the fuselage -- oh my.

Wing glued in, waiting on the glue to dry.  First step was to measure it every which way, to make sure the incidence of the wing matched the level reference of the top of the fuselage and was square to the fuselage.  Second step was to block it all in place.  Third step was to gain courage.  Then I mixed up some glue, got it dotted onto the wing & fuse in a number of spots to hold everything in place, measured everything several more times while the glue was still soft -- then I left the room & cut some ribs for an OT plane.

So I measured once, measured twice, measured again, glued, measured again, and everything was looking good.

Then I noticed that I had messed up my reference marks on the wing -- the outboard was 25 3/8" away from the fuselage side, the inboard was 25 3/4" away from the fuselage side.  Worse, I was running on a headache that day, so it was lost on me that the distance from the inboard side to the tail post was 34 1/8", while the distance to the tail post was 33 7/8" (think of that as "one eight inch different from 34 inches" and you may see my mistake).

I only noticed it after the headache because my wife noticed the wing wasn't square -- I remeasured it to show her it was too right -- and damned if it wasn't wrong!

So -- everything has been ripped out, measured correctly (I hope) and re-glued.  I had to beat up the stab a bit to get it out, but better than a crooked stab -- and it straightened up nicely with a bit of water insinuated under the covering and ironed with a Monocoat iron.

I've got the guide tube for the flap tweak mechanism in place, and all the bottom sheeting on.

Now I just need to get the hatch details figured out.  It'll run from nose to behind the cockpit, per a picture I saw of -- I think -- one of Denis Nunes' planes.  Mounting details involve -- uh, plywood and screws and pegs and stuff -- yes, that's it, all that.  Real mounting details are to be determined, but it'll be cool when it's done, yes it will!
