I'll be rolling in Friday afternoon at some point and making the journey back home to Vermont when the contest ends Sunday.

See you all there! #^ #^ #^

Weather looks perfect for the weekend, 70 's. Light wind, no chance of rain, I will be at the field by 9 AM setting up for contest, looking forward to another great Huntersville contest ,

Friday evening at 4:30 is the judging linac, open to all , this years topic  will be pattern points for pa  , then we will have a competitor put up a few flights with intentional errors that can cause loss of pattern points,

Combat will have a official event on friday but no  official pa or carrier events will be flown,, just plenty of  practice , 6 circles will be going all day

Weather on Friday was cooler than expected, but warmed up nice around noon , no rain , but cloudy, had shifting winds, kept a lot of the nicer planes in until around 3.pm,

John Tate, Artie Jessup, Steve Fitton , gene Martine, Matt colan, terry McDowell, bill Mandakis, Howard Shenton, David smith, Wayne Robinson, watt Moore, mike lonke Dave Wenzel, bob Zambelli, john rakes,  were some of the people there for stunt, 1/2 a combat was finishing up when I left the field for home at 6 pm , some stunt flyers were still flying

Gene Martine had his new sv out, nice colors, clean lines, and powered by a pa 75, looks good and he is flying good too

Tomorrow has  all the carrier events , OTS , n 30 stunt, profile stunt , basic flight. And combat  going on all, at one

time ,

Shug  would call it  "circus Day"

Then to the fish camp for some  grits and gizzards
