lazer cuttin'
« on: May 18, 2007, 07:33:26 AM »
 D>K     Mornin' from South Louisiana,
I am in the process of building my 2nd laser cut kit and have found that the ribs seem to be somewhat "brittle" ??   Has anyone found this to be the case also ?

I don't think it is the laser cutting in my opinion.  I beleive it is the wood that was picked.  Anyway that is the conclusion I came to after build several laser cut kits.  DOC Holliday

Hi Gil,

Can you tell me what kit it is?  I set up all the laser kitting for Brodak kits and would be glad to look into for you.  I agree with Doc Holiday.  I can't imagine it's the laser cutting that caused the problem.

Sam, It isn't anything that John Brodak has put out, not his kits at all.
As for saying the name of the kit mfg. I'd rather not, because I don't want to offend anyone.. I'll just tell the folks involved so they can take care of it...
Sure do 'ppreciate the help though... H^^ D>K
