Claudio,
Upon the recommendations of some of the guys in the Seattle area, I bought a case a couple of weeks ago.  I wanted all synthetic so got their 2-4 stroke fuel which is 18% oil and available in 5,10 or 15% nitro.  Runs just fine in the Stalker 61RE I'm using.

I have been using their 10/18 and 15/18 in my Rojetts, LA's and Magnums.  That is 18% oil, 80% of which is synthetic the rest being castor measured by volume.  So far I've had no problems, I think it compares to Powermaster of the same mixtures.

I really liked Powermaster's GMA 5/22, 10/22 and 10/29 fuels.  When they quit producing for a while, I went to Wildcat Premium Extra (18% total lube) with added castor to get total lube where the GMA fuels were.  Am still using the last of the Wildcat mixes and havn't had a problem -- performance has been predictable and consistent.  Will go back to Powermaster now that they're back in business since it comes ready-to-use, but wouldn't hesitate to use Wildcat again should the need arise.

Thanks a lot for the input, guys.
I wasn't aware that this Wildcat fuel could be as good as the Powermaster. That's good news!
Obviously, I can't get Powermaster down here.

Regards,
Claudio.

Yea, I used Wildcat for years. The 10/18 that Mike described (with a bit of castor added), the 10/20 they were making (not sure if they still do - it was all synthetic oil) and the YS20/10 they made. All preformed quite well with no issues. I went to Powermaster when the club was buying cases and I could get 6 gallons to a case. But just bought a gallon of Wildcat to hold me over until I can get a new case of Powermaster. Both work fine for me.

Hi Randy, thanks.
No doubt I'll be using this fuel from now on.
How's your new plane going? Want to see some pics!

Cheers,
Claudio.
