Title: Labor Day Contests?

Will there be contests in Denver and Dallas?  Having the stunt team trials the weekend after Labor Day gives some of us retirees the possibility of a Grand Tour, particularly those of us with a free place to stay in Indianapolis.  I foresee moseying to Cheyenne, looking at the weather report, then going to Denver, Dallas, or the Treetown contest by Chicago, depending on weather and whim.

Howard,

The Rocky Mountain Aeromodelers contest will take place in Denver over the Labor Day weekend. I've attached the contest flyer.

Take a look at the RMA website at www.rockymountainaeromodelers.com. The lead-off picture on the "Flying Sites" tab is the contest site at Front Range Airport in Watkins just east of Denver on I-70.

F2D Team Trials, you can still do it, Howard.  Bring your 6 mm mufflers.

Or else sign on as Jury Foreman.  You can be the ultimate arbitrator of who goes to Bulgaria.

At least five of the "original 21" from 1977 will be in the house.  Think of the power!  You can mediate a protest between Cleveland & Lopez!
