I'm hoping to have these ready to start shipping out in about 3 to 4 weeks.

I see references to the 4/2 run. Is this what these are are set up for? I'm more a constant velocity kind of guy.

Yep, stunt timed for 4/2 switch. Would still work for a rich 2/2 style run. Superior materials & fits over stock.

Just to make certain there is no confusion, kindly note that Dennis and I have very similar names. Much obliged!

Yes, I had noticed and almost messed up on a recent order with that.

I'll have these ready to go out shortly, so it's time to start chasing you guys for money. I'll be contacting everyone on the list in the next few days.

Re : LA .46 abc p&l .My first flights were on my old TF Tudor 11 " break in plane" ARF. Oh my that engine-is now one serious piece of kit .
After six runs on the test stand it felt about right for a soft flight . The four stroke growl is impressive, on the second flight I set engine to a just breaking 2-4 . After four flights I'm looking for a better home for this baby .
Mileage is better than stock already, and it was good before !

Well done Brian .

I just ran my LA46 with the Gardner piston, liner, and head set up for the first time today, and all I can say is it is one of the sweetest stunt engines I ever heard with great 4 stroking power and a soft 2 stroke break. The fuel mileage is better than my La 40. I agree with what Brad described about the engine run, it's awesome. I used the head gasket Brian supplyed with the parts. The liner even has the alignment hole to make the insulation fool proof.
Guys will be dumping their electric setups when they see this.
Thanks Brain for the great work.

What needle valve assembly and venturi did you guys use? What prop did you use?

Brian,
I got my LA 46 set about a week or so ago, and it is beautiful. Slid right in to my motor, and everything fit great. Very high compression, I may add the 2nd head gasket before initial runs. Thanks much.
