Hi Brian, I received my order last week and wanted to thank you for supplying me with top quality parts. The LA 46 parts you made are like pieces of fine jewelry. Every engine that I have set up with your parts in the past turns it into a super performer and I cant wait to work on the LA 46.
  Thanks Al

Re : LA .46 abc p&l .My first flights were on my old TF Tudor 11 " break in plane" ARF. Oh my that engine-is now one serious piece of kit .
After six runs on the test stand it felt about right for a soft flight . The four stroke growl is impressive, on the second flight I set engine to a just breaking 2-4 . After four flights I'm looking for a better home for this baby .
Mileage is better than stock already, and it was good before !

Well done Brian .

Brian,

I've had several after thoughts and changed my mine (what's left of it) again.

Please put me back on the list for a P/L and head.

Thank you, Jerry

Pete, I want to see yours this Sat. if you (or I) go to Woodland.

(Shameless plug follows)

I got two LA46 sets of P&L and heads from Brian and they are works of art. Nobody who orders a set will be disappointed. Seems everyone named "Brian" in Oz makes great model stuff.

Would you consider making HP 40 P&L sets like the ones Tom Hampshire uses?
It would make a bunch of us very happy.

Anyhow would like a set of the LA 46 if you can add me to the list.

I don't want to hijack my own thread, so I'll start a new one,  but others have expressed interest in the HP40 before. Is Tom's stock?

Speaking of being late, any chance of two LA46 ABC sets for a 'Croweater'? Brian will understand this is a slang term for a South Australian but the North American majority on SH will not, hence the clarification.

I just ran my LA46 with the Gardner piston, liner, and head set up for the first time today, and all I can say is it is one of the sweetest stunt engines I ever heard with great 4 stroking power and a soft 2 stroke break. The fuel mileage is better than my La 40. I agree with what Brad described about the engine run, it's awesome. I used the head gasket Brian supplyed with the parts. The liner even has the alignment hole to make the insulation fool proof.
Guys will be dumping their electric setups when they see this.
Thanks Brain for the great work.

Brian I have noted this in a few other of your BG P/C set threads---- that I am more than winning to pre- pay some so you have some working capitol

Since you do accept pay pal this is very easy for us to pre pay 100% or some portion you decide

I would hope all of us are old enough to understand that final costs and shipping are a moving target....well .....at least I do

Bottom line is...

IF YOU EVER need seed money to make a project happen--- WITHOUT depleting your personal retirement funds...just ask...most of us know the product and will respond properly

I'll request payment when I have them ready to ship as usual. I prefer it that way. Less chance of me making a mistake is the reason. I need to eliminate as much as possible any room for me doing dumb things when I'm not on my game.

C.T Schaefer, yes, you are on the list.
