Giving up on FM
« on: March 16, 2018, 09:34:42 PM »

A few times again recently I've thought about the supposed (and even promised) resurrection of Flying Models magazine. As a long term subscriber I was really hoping there was truth to the rumors that were going on every so often about it. I'd subscribe again in a heartbeat but it's just not gonna happen I guess. Bummer.

Why should they restart publication when the inter net forums report things so much faster. D>K

Because, supposedly, the people who took it over had said that they were going to. Probably water long under the bridge at this point.

I think you mean water under the bridge? Or maybe water over the dam? In any case, it is really too bad we lost FM. I would have been happy to sign up for a subscription, even electronic only, so there is not any mailing or printing costs. Wish it could have been combined / merged with Brodak's magazine. Anything beats meager CL coverage in Model Aviation
