Kudos to Sig Mfg.

Just for those who haven't discovered this one yet, Sig Mfg. has lowered a lot of their prices. I ordered a new catalog (yes, they have a new one) a short time ago, and it came with a new retail price list with many items, if not all, now costing quite a bit less. It's worth a look! y1

NOTE: I'm not talking about their website information, who's to know how current that may be. The current PRINTED price list I have from them has lower pricing on every item I checked, including kits and engines.

The controline planes- Twister, Banshee, and ARF Primary Force- are under the closeout column. About to be discontinued?

I have one of these on order at LHS and was told today it's on back order. When I asked if it had been discontinued, I was told "I don't think so, they (Sig) would have told me when I ordered it."

Just speculation, but the last Skyray 35 I bought was an interesting mix of parts. Mostly die cut, but a few laser cut parts. The Twister I just bought was die cut with some print wood parts (how's that for nostalgia?). I'm wondering if they're just closing out their stock of "old tech" kits and will replace them with updated laser cut versions of the same kits. I hope so any way. It would be a real shame to see the Banshee and Twister disappear from the market.

cheers,
Ken

I don't see the kits reduced or discontinued, but the fuel is lower.

I did not see any CL kits on closeout but the prices are about what I got them for at a hobby shop that discounts. I too think that they have lowered their prices.
