Title: kraft tanks
Post by: Bootlegger on August 23, 2015, 11:12:43 AM

Some time back I was looking on the tower web site for these tanks and was told that they don't carry them anymore, anybody know where I can find them?

          Thanks

Looks like Hayes has taken over the Kraft name.  The tanks they offer all seem to be R/C style???

Hi Gil,
IIRC, Hayes bought out Kraft a long time ago.  It was Kraft-Hayes for a while, but I think the Kraft  has been dropped.  The tanks are available as Hayes tanks now.  That is the story as I remember it! :)

Yeah, good names are hard to keep anymore.   Missed you at Topeka today.  Great turn out.

Phil Kraft died. It was either he retired and sold out or a right of survivorship clause in the business insurance. These have been Hayes tanks for decades. This is at least the second thread with the same subject that Gil has started just this summer. But maybe we could chip in and get Jim to change his name to Hayes?  ;) Steve
