Walt Umland did a kit of the design at least 15 years ago. I had one. Contact him and perhaps he can supply you with a copy of the plans.

That is the King Sweep for flying the AMA stunt pattern or sport flying. I have both the King Sweep and Sweet Sweep. Walter did the Sweet Sweep and has detailed instructions for building it. The Sweet Sweep was for combat. D>K
Do a search as you will eventually find both of my planes pictures. H^^

The SweetSweep was a great combat ship in the late 50's. The KingSweep stuntship ...... not so much. Dub Jett, who grew up the the Grogan brothers said that mine and Docs were probably the only two ever built. I have plans, but I think they are online somewhere. I'll check
I flew it in a classic contest in Dallas, just to say I had flown it. The judge came over after the flight and told me that "that would be a great plane to be hanging from the ceiling of a hobby shop.

I have one built by Mack Henry. Silk and dope, ready for primer and set up for an Aerotiger .36. It needs finishing. He had a stroke and was unable to complete the model.
