I have heard about a smaller version of the Nobler called Jr. Nobler. Does anyone have pictures of it? Is it possible to get a plan for the Jr. Nobler?

Before you build it you may want to trace the formers, stab, elevators, and wing ribs, on a piece of paper for replacement parts. None of these things are shown on the plans...although they can be interpolated with a little work.

Yeah, Phil, but we can build warps anytime!

Having the parts traced would be a great thing.  Then you could get big bucks on ebay for the kit and still be able to build one anytime you wanted to.!

I have always thought to build the LE like George did the Original Flite Streak, and not have to worry about finding a good piece of molded LE stock in that smaller size.

My idea is to use two pieces of 3/16ths or 1/4 in a "<" shape instead of the molded stuff.

The Jr Nobler was my 2nd ever C/L model.  Shown here with my 1st (the Ringmaster) from 1965 when I was 13.
I thought the Ringmaster was a vast improvement over the plastic Cox ½A offerings.  The JN was another vast jump over the non-flapped Ringmaster.  I didn't understand about flying the model through the loop or why you didn't need 90º of total throw in the elevator.

My JN was covered with silk and finished in Aerogloss dope which I buffed and waxed.  McCoy 19 showed here.  Remember those yellow nylon Tornado props?
