Today was opening day at our club field. There were a bunch of r/c guys across the street, but I just took pics of the c/l action for you guys here on the forum.
As usual we had a great time. Jan and I both flew his ARF Super Clown that we bashed together in 2 1/2 hours. We used 30 minute epoxy so it was quite an accomplishment. Jan doinked his Cardinal so the Super Clown was there just in time. Dave Keats and I each took a turn with my Bi-Slob and I put up about 5 flights on my Pathfinder. The PF is the closest thing I have to a stunter till I get my new plane done. I lost last years stunter due to a corrupt control system that suffered thru a bad pull test last year.
Willie flew a resurrected Shark 45. Willie is 79 years young and still flying.
Skip flew his DARE models profile Smoothie.
The club's ladies auxilliary cooked burgers and dogs all day long and well .....WE HAD A GREAT DAY.
