1. Power must be an electric Chevy small-block V8
2. Airframe to be constructed entirely out of titanium & a used wad of Hubba Bubba
3. Fuel shall be a mix of Maddog 20/20, cod liver oil, and heart pill (nitroglycerin)
4. Lines shall be a 3-part braid of fishing line, kite string, and the blond hair of a female viking warrior
5. First one to complete 50 laps gets 10 points and an automatic qualifying spot in the 2020 NASCAR season "playoffs"

Prizes will consist of: the above mentioned used wad of Hubba Bubba, a $10 gift certificate to the local Piggly Wiggly, a 1-year membership in the jelly of the month club (the gift that keeps giving, the whole year round), and a chance to learn from the best how to hurl a Fox .15 over 150'!

Note: Obviously the above is in jest.  :## :## I have no idea what the rules are.

Bob, Why do you need to know the rules? You’re going to break them regardless.

Most of the CL Racers at Whittier Narrows have told me at one time or another:
Version 1: “If you’re not breaking the rules you’re not trying hard enough”
Version 2: “If you’re not cheating you’re not trying hard enough”

Then there’s good old Pablo Picasso...
