Louis Rankin invited us out to his place to fly today. The weather was a little hot, but we had shade and lots of H2O.
A few new guys showed up. We also got to see our old buddy Zuriel from the other side of the river. Always a joy to see ZMan.
Some folks had new rides. Louis has a new plane but I was instructed not to post any photos just yet. But if you look close at a few of the photos you might be able to guess what color it is. LL~
I got a few flights on my Twister. It does fly better. Once I get a different muffler it might fly even better.
I almost got through the whole beginner pattern but when I got the first loop of my over head I got stung on the arm by a sweatbee. Ouch! I had to bail after the first set. I am sure it will fly better next time.

I sure am blessed to have great friends!!

Here are a few quick shots from today.
Thanks Louis for the invite.

Hey Paul!

Glad you all had a good time. Sure would have liked to have ridden over with Zuriel but had the trip to Ft Worth this weekend planned for a number of weeks so had to pass. Hopefully, I'll make the next one.

Yea Mike we missed you this weekend. I need your help this weekend to keep the Z-Man away from the Helo guys. He kept on trying to slip over to watch them fly.
