What a great day that started this AM after I got home from the races. Was eating my chicken strips with curly fries when the Grand daughter was still up an walking all over the place. She was pregnant. I went to bed as the wife said it was not going to happen. Dogs woke me up about 6 AM and the van was gone. Couldn't get wife to respond on cell phone, so I called my daughter. She confirmed they were at maternity center and the graduation was still on. My Grand son James William McClung graduated today fro Olathe High School. The wife made it home so we could go and told me we had a Great Grand daughter. She and mother are now home as I type this.
I had went back to bed when we got home from the graduation and had just woke up when wife and grand daughter just pulled in the drive. Took dogs out side to do their thing and when we came back in I walked into the living room to see the new girl and there was a package waiting for me. After looking the new arrival over I just had to look at the kit from Pat King that was sent on June 25th, the Ringmaster Bi-plane. Now to finish plane I'm presently working on, The Lively Lady.
Now a sad note or let down as we just got phone call our Pastor was just exsposed to the virus at work and Church has been canceled until he has been tested and cleared. Otherwise this has been a great day for the old DOC. Now I have to decide if I should stay home on the weekend of August15th & 16th from the St Louis Fun fly or attend the Topeka stunt contest on the 16th. Any way will leave it in the good LORD's hands for now.

Doc,
Congratulations on your new Great grand daughter!
How many does that make?
I have only 1 Great grand Daughter, but 4 Great grand sons.

I doubt it, but then the father of James an Heather has been in Ft Leavenworth Prison for a crime committed while in Germany.
This makes two great grand kids with one on the way is the mother stays healthy. Her job let her get exposed to the virus.
